Returns and refunds for AdBlue® products are subject to the conditions set out at the point of purchase by the respective supplier. Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications and ISO 22241 compliance before accepting delivery.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting documentation. The respective supplier reserves the right to assess each claim on its merits.
