AdBlue® Supplier in Malaysia
ISO-Certified DEF for Fleets & Logistics
Find ISO 22241-certified AdBlue® (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) in Malaysia. Bulk and retail supply for Euro 4M, Euro 5, and Euro 6 diesel trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles.
What Is AdBlue
What Is AdBlue® and Why Is It Mandatory in Malaysia?
AdBlue® (also known as DEF — Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is a 32.5% urea-water solution used in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems of modern diesel engines. It converts harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions into harmless nitrogen and water vapour.
In Malaysia, Euro 4M emission standards became mandatory for new diesel vehicles in Peninsular Malaysia in 2019. All Euro 4M, Euro 5, and Euro 6 diesel trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles fitted with SCR systems require a continuous supply of ISO-certified AdBlue® to remain JPJ-compliant and operational.
Reduces NOx by Up to 90%
SCR + AdBlue® is the most effective NOx reduction system available for diesel engines, meeting Euro 4M, 5, and 6 standards.
Goes in a Separate Tank
AdBlue® is stored in a separate blue-capped tank — never mixed with diesel. Non-flammable, non-toxic, and safe to handle.
JPJ & PUSPAKOM Compliance
Running low or using off-spec AdBlue® can trigger engine derate and fail PUSPAKOM inspections for commercial vehicles.
Improves Fuel Economy
Correctly calibrated SCR systems using quality AdBlue® can improve fuel efficiency by up to 6% vs. older EGR-only systems.

Frequently Asked Questions — AdBlue® Malaysia
Where can I buy AdBlue® in Malaysia?
AdBlue® is available from authorised distributors across Malaysia. You can browse supplier listings by state on our AdBlue® supplier locations page, or contact us directly via the enquiry form.
How do I know if my vehicle needs AdBlue®?
If your diesel vehicle was manufactured to Euro 4M, Euro 5, or Euro 6 standards and has an SCR system, it requires AdBlue®. You’ll typically see a blue-capped separate filler cap in the engine bay or near the fuel cap. Check your owner’s manual or contact your dealer.
What is the price of AdBlue® in Malaysia?
AdBlue® pricing in Malaysia varies by quantity and supplier. Retail 10L–20L packs typically cost between RM 20–50, while bulk IBC purchases (1,000L) offer significantly better per-litre pricing. Contact suppliers directly for current bulk pricing.
Is AdBlue® available in East Malaysia?
Yes. Suppliers serve Sabah and Sarawak, though logistics and pricing may differ from Peninsular Malaysia. See our East Malaysia guide for specific options.
What happens if my truck runs out of AdBlue®?
When AdBlue® runs very low, your vehicle will display warning lights and may reduce engine power (derate). If the tank empties completely, some vehicles will not restart until AdBlue® is refilled. Never ignore low AdBlue® warnings.
Can I use any AdBlue® brand in my truck?
You should only use ISO 22241 certified AdBlue®. Off-spec or counterfeit AdBlue® can damage the SCR catalyst (repair costs: RM 5,000–20,000+), void your vehicle warranty, and cause emission compliance failures. Always ask for ISO certification documentation.
How long does AdBlue® last in storage in Malaysia’s climate?
In Malaysia’s hot and humid climate, AdBlue® is best used within 6 months of production. Store in a cool, shaded area (ideally below 25°C) in sealed original containers. Avoid leaving in vehicles or outdoor storage tanks exposed to direct sun.
